Volleyball at Moonlight Beach

Volleyball players come all year round to practice on the 3 courts.  Training sessions are often found on the easternmost court.  Some of the top Volleyball talent from around the world congregates here to pit their skills against top notch players.  The two courts closest to the water generally are reserved for the more casual player. 

A July 4th tournament (thanks to Mayor Jimbo)  pays for new nets every year.  The city/state does not maintain the courts, it is a local effort.  The locals rake and keep the courts very clean.  Palapas line the Northern edge of the beach, and the sunset is to die for.  Standard etiquette is an hour of game time for play.
