Volleyball at Moonlight Beach

Volleyball players come all year round to practice on our 3 courts.  Training sessions are in effect using the easternmost court, and some of the top talent from around the world congregates here to pit their skills against top notch players.
The two courts closest to the water generally are reserved for the more casual player. 

A July 4th tournament pays for new nets every year and the locals rake and keep the courts very clean.  Palapas line the Northern edge of the beach, and the sunset is to die for.  Standard etiquette is an hour of game time for play. 
A Volleyball is available for rental at the shop.

In the winter sand is piled up along the western ridge of Moonlight State Beach, this is to prevent sand erosion with the winter storms.
